My wife (Robyn Meagher) and I are a husband and wife team that combines our experience as World-Class Olympians with our high-performance coaching practice—as well as a clinical counsellor (Robyn)—to offer clients the opportunity to explore their own capacity for high performance. We utilize holistic process-centred strategies that invite clients to discover on their own terms what their best self truly looks and feels like. Having worked with entrepreneurs, corporations, schools, athletes, artists, government and non-profit organizations, we have helped all of our clients discover the impact of a healthy performance culture built upon service, compassion, empathy, as well as, emotional and physical well-being and safety. Our process invites self-awareness, connection, love and joy as the pillars upon which everyone’s best self is realized. We create a safe and inclusive environment regardless of whether we’re coaching one-on-one or working with a large group or team. Our clients engage in an experience that is revealing and challenging at times but, in the end, is also rewarding, fulfilling and life-changing. In fact, our vision is to support clients in realizing their best selves—physically, mentally and emotionally.
