Your Ot Tutor

Your OT Tutor was founded in 2022 by occupational therapist and clinical educator Clare Batkin. Clare has extensive experience as a clinical educator in hospital, community and university settings, across public and private sectors. Clare is also passionate about quality improvement, knowledge translation and research, and has published and presented her work on a national and international level. Your OT Tutor provides personalised education services, resources, and courses to OT students, OTs, and OT teams on a range of core OT clinical and non-clinical skills. Clare's area of expertise include skills required for working with adults with physical impairments, as well as facilitating high quality student clinical placements and supporting new graduates to bridge the gap between what they learn at university, and what they need to know for clinical practice. Your OT Tutor education sessions can be provided one-on-one, in small groups, or to OT teams, with the content taught being tailored to your individual needs and learning goals. Your OT Tutor also offers a range of online learning opportunities such as webinars, online courses, downloadable resources and an online journal club.
