COVID-19 has presented us with an unprecendented challenge. We are being asked to adopt general social distancing and, for some, social isolation. There are many things health professionals are doing to minimise the risk of exposure, through rigorous hygiene practices, reducing face-to-face contact time, and patient screening to keep us all safe. You are welcome to come in for your appointment, subject to clinical screening processes. As per Department of Health guidelines, I ask any client experiencing flu-like symptoms to call to reschedule their appointment. If you are in self-isolation, or would prefer to minimise contact in any way, you may prefer to consult me via Telehealth. Telehealth is a secure online service to provide Physiotherapy consultations over video chat. To access this service, you simply need a computer or smart device/phone with an internet connection and camera.
