Your Sanctuary Space is an integrative leadership and wellbeing practice dedicated to helping leaders and teams prevent burnout, protect their energy, and perform sustainably, without sacrificing what matters. Founded by Tania Rizoski (MBA, Stevie Awards Judge 2026, co-author of Girl on the Left), we blend evidence-informed coaching, mindfulness and micro-behaviours with energy-informed practices (including human design foundations) to create practical, people-first change that sticks.
