Service we provide: • Recruiting officers and ratings complying with Employer’s requirements for specialized ships such as AHTS, PSV, DSV, Construction, Jack Up Barges, Drill Ships, Dredgers, Multy Cat, Cable / Pipe Layers, Heavy Lift and for Merchant and Passenger Fleet. • Providing students of Odessa National Maritime Academy (ONMA), Odessa Maritime College of Technical Fleet etc. with Bachelor/ Master Degree in order to grow them up as future officers and engineers for offshore fleet, by means of additional training. • Employing specialists from Odessa College of Maritime tourist service for catering department for passenger fleet and yachts such as: The ship's cook, Waitress or waiter, pastry –cook, Bartender, Stewardess or Steward, Agent of Tourism Organization, master of restaurant service. • Competent verification of all documents to ensure compliance as per STCW-95/MLC 2006 • Supplying seafarers with all necessary documents for secure traveling on board (crew list issue, visa support, supplying with overall, tickets, hotel, transfer arrangements, medical examination /drug and alcohol certificates etc). • Assistance in obtaining Certificate of Competency, SCTW certificates, in house training and other specific trainings including offshore courses (DP training, BOSIET, HUET, H2S, HLO, Crane Operator etc).
