Our decades of QS experience have been used to create a unique software system that provides a comprehensive cost estimate and helps you present this to your customer. By using 3D modelling we turn measuring into a visual process where you and your client can easily see what is included in the cost. Our detailed report has a priced quantity schedule for you to check through and satisfy yourself with what we have estimated. This includes a breakdown of sub-trade costs, allowances, and detailed labour build-up. The report is broken into separate scopes with a 3D picture of the work, a schedule of elements in the scope, and a complete breakdown of the costs. The client presentation version of the report has the same 3D visualisation, is branded with your company branding, but summarises the pricing so that your clients can see how the total build cost is made up without giving them so much detail that they start picking it apart. Our target standard turnaround time is 10 working days but talk to us and we will work with you to meet your client’s expectations as much as our workload allows.
