YourRecruit IT was founded in 2011 by Nicola Sales. Since our incorporation date we have amassed a genuinely talented team of recruiters who deliver our service offerings with integrity and enthusiasm and who rise to the challenge of the highs and lows of the current recruitment market. Unlike other IT recruiters we do not organise our team to work geographically or in vertical markets as we believe this is too limiting. Our team manage their own clients and candidates and work tirelessly and often after hours to ensure that each client and candidate's expectations are managed and maintained. Our data base is current and maintained to the highest level with IT candidates searching for both permanent positions and contracts. We aim to be able to cover all roles with 3 - 5 CV's in the first 48 hours of the requirement being entrusted to us.
