YouthLed KC is a youth development consulting firm that is helping to prepare the next generation with the essential skills necessary to lead to promising futures. YLKC currently offers a wide range of services to philanthropies, municipalities, and schools that include- Youth development research and analyses - City-wide youth conferences and forums - Project-based learning infrastructure support for schools - Employer-internship youth opportunity pipelines All of YouthLed KC's services focus on expanding youth empowerment because it's through developing future leaders that lasting community transformation and social change can happen. It is through this approach that communities will be able to promote the highest potential of all youth and adults through innovative youth-led solutions. All of the programs YouthLed KC houses are guided by an empirically-based Youth-Voice(s) Framework-to-Practice Model. Implementing strong systems in schools, organizations, and municipalities which guide adults on how to engage with young people in an effective and meaningful way, will have positive impacts on any region's youth. YouthLed KC is a start-up company, yet it is built on seasoned professionals and experts in the space of Real World Learning and Youth Opportunity Pipelines.
