Youthopia International

Youthopia International was founded by Lara Atallah and Mariam Moussa. Two experienced, ICF credentialed leadership coaches, who have worked for the past six years with individuals, organizations and entrepreneurs in the MENA region and are experienced for more than 20 years working on youth development through scouting and experiential learning programs. As a result of their coaching journey and working with lots of adults on their own personal development. They witnessed that people start to discover at a later stage, who they are, what they aspire to, and what they want to achieve in life; and that if they had this opportunity early on, their relationships, careers and life would have been entirely different. In addition, the COVID 19 pandemic has led Lara and Mariam to recognize even more the importance of developing youth to face a changing and dynamic environment with deeper empathy to build compassionate leaders. Based on this demand and the new normal, Youthopia International was launched in 2020 to become the base for youth development and leadership. We believe that the earlier youth become self-aware and take ownership of their lives, the more time they will have to make the best of the cards they are dealt in life. We dream of a future generation who are conscious, powerful and inspirational to lead families, businesses and countries. To ensure sustainable and profound transformation, all our programs are carefully designed to yield tangible results through experiential learning and holistic coaching sessions.
