Mission Statement: Empowering communities by offering leadership, service, and civic engagement opportunities to youth. YouthServe is a youth leadership organization serving teens aged 13-18 in the Birmingham metro region and beyond. YouthServe’s goal is to create the space and opportunity for diverse youth to grow in leadership and citizenry, while giving them the tools to guide them in the process. We do this by hosting youth leadership councils, community service days, in-school service education, and more.
