We equip young Africans with digital skills, hands-on experience, and global exposure to unlock employability, innovation, and sustainable livelihoods. Through our integrated ecosystem — combining advocacy, empowerment, and sustainability initiatives — we are building Africa’s Youthconomy: a thriving youth-powered economy where talent meets opportunity. Our ecosystem includes: Youthup Global (Non-Profit Arm): Driving advocacy, empowerment, and inclusion through youth development programs, campaigns, and leadership networks. Utidia (For-Profit Arm): Building Africa’s first experience-based employability and apprenticeship platform connecting young talents to real projects and organizations. Portfodia (Coming Soon): A digital portfolio builder helping African talents showcase verified experiences and digital footprints to global employers.
