I've been fortunate to work with organisations great & small, as both employee and consultant. In 2015 I founded Get Agile Consulting to bring what I have learned to a wider audience; that there is no "one size fits all" solution to business agility. We assess your people, systems, processes and technology to understand the current level of agile awareness and potential barriers to adoption. The Assessment Report includes suggestions to address the barriers and recommended technology and tools for Agile adoption. For those already committed to the journey our Agile Transformation service can be used to transition projects and teams from traditional to Agile methods. We show them how and can implement an Agile PMO to oversee the process. Over the years I have also built a catalogue of training courses from the obvious, Agile Introduction, Scrum, Kanban, & c. to the esoteric, Agile Governance & Control, Working with Personas in User Stories, the Value of Story Decomposition and role specific courses for Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
