Ytene Healing

The Ytene Healing® approach offers Somatic Experiencing®, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Osteodouce, Reiki and Animal Reiki to human and animal clients, in combination or independently. These are gentle therapies which can elicit profound healing. I aim to optimise the benefit to the client by facilitating access to their inherent health, which, unfortunately, can become trapped in the body due to trauma. Working slowly, respectfully, and at a pace you are comfortable with, I facilitate as physical and emotional patterns and restrictions in the mind/body system are released, enabling a shift towards physical and emotional equilibrium- One-to-one healing for people both online and in-person - One-to-one healing for pets both online and in-person - Online group healing and meditation sessions Ytene (pronounced Ee-tane) is the Celtic/Nordic name for the New Forest in Hampshire, UK; a place I have been very happy to call home since November 2019. The beauty, space, energy and ozone-infused air provide a strong sense of calm, grounding and wellbeing. I am grateful to be able to draw on these resources regularly as I work with my clients.
