Yuujou

Yuujou (= Japanese "friendship") is an international media art project focusing on friendship. With a multicultural, cross media travel experiment Yuujou aims to inspire far more face-to-face moments and real connections. By creating a circle of friendship around the world Yuujou wants to show that we are all connected - not only virtually but in real life. In spring 2019, six travelers will set off for an amazing journey around the world. The Yuujou journey is a real adventure. The destinations are off the beaten track. Two teams of three creative people will start their journey in Berlin. One team travels east, the other west. They have 100 days to (hopefully) meet at the other end of the globe: Japan.
