Zach Smith started Zach Smith Consulting & Design in 2021 to build upon the momentum in the New Orleans Metro area, specifically to engage with homeowners, architects, business startups, and builders to provide resources and expertise in a field that has been historically difficult to understand. With over a decade of experience with land use regulations, design, and development processes, ZSC & D is well suited to support client’s needs as they set out to open a new business or build a new housing development. With a history of service in government, ZSC & D is well-positioned to provide efficient expertise that can drill-down to root issues in order to provide solutions.
