Zafer Madencilik

Founded in 1998, Zafer Madencilik is a leading private mining company in Turkey, supplying high-quality industrial raw materials to both local and international markets. We began with our first export the same year we were established, and quickly expanded with the opening of our K-Feldspar mine in Çanakkale and kaolin production in 2004. Since then, we’ve grown our operations to include kaolin grinding (2016), bentonite and coal mining (2023), and most recently, a Specularite (Micaceous Iron Oxide) ground mine in 2025. Today, we’re proud to be one of Turkey’s top producers and exporters of kaolin, while continuing to grow in feldspar, bentonite, and iron oxide. Our strength lies in our technical expertise, long-term vision, and commitment to responsible mining.
