We do this because we have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma and loss just like so many people. We have found our way to realising that although each person’s journey to wellness is unique, the tools you can use along the way are simple and make so much sense. We are both born and raised in the South Wales Valleys and understand the problems faced by people in our area; still reeling from the pandemic on top of being an area already hugely affected by poverty and lack of services. For too long as a society we have neglected our wellbeing and have now reached a mental health crisis. There simply has not been a service that teaches us how to keep ourselves mentally well or how to enhance our lives with more joy. Here at the wellbeing’s, we aim to change that. We just want to help others live full, enriched lives with confidence and intention.
