Zambesi Mission

Equipping the church in Malawi and northern Mozambique through gospel partnerships in the UK. zm is an evangelical, non-denominational mission committed to strengthening the church in Malawi and northern Mozambique. Our focus is on equipping and training national Christians, enabling them to lead and grow the work of the gospel in their own communities. Rather than being a ‘doing’ mission, we exist to support, encourage, and empower local believers. In the UK, we build prayer and support networks that foster a genuine ‘Partnership in the Gospel’ between churches here and the church in Malawi and northern Mozambique. Our partners in Malawi and Mozambique include the national church denominations Zambezi Evangelical Church and River of Life Evangelical Church. We also partner with the Evangelical Bible College of Malawi (EBCoM) to train pastors and evangelists, and Children for Christ Ministry to train Sunday School teachers and Bible club leaders.
