The history of the factory started with the designer Giuseppe Zamponi, who was working as a shoe designer for a small shoe company located in Italy’s beautiful Marche region. But he had a grander vision: he decided to replicate shoe design and manufacturing techniques in the world of women’s leather bags. In 1970 his own factory opened. Giuseppe did a lot of specific studies about the best techniques and methods that he perfectioned during the long career: almost 50 years of handicraft in his hands! Today, the company is at the second generation of the family ownership, operating under the management and the design of Giuseppe and his son Simone. Since 1970 they have been marketing their family brand, with the same family name: Zamponi. At his seventies, Giuseppe is still the heart and the creative mind of the entire factory: he designs new models, and he continues to perfectionate the old ones according with a standard of elegance that never passes away. All products from Zamponi Moda boast the 100% made in Italy certificate, and are made with premium quality real genuine leather. With its work, the Zamponi family wants to preserve the importance of care, handicraft, uniqueness: Italian lifestyle can be found inside every single detail of the bags, assembled with decennial ability and care. The company also decided not to set an e-commerce channel for the direct sale to final costumers: they are always searching for the best physical shops and retailers to sell their Italian luxury products, according to their quality and originality standards!
