We offer this directly through our company, or white labeled and tailored for universities and companies. This is a 65-module, 13-week course we created as our own IP based on our collective 70 years of experience, but can be taken module by module, or tailored, depending on interest and need. • Consulting & Advisory: Based on a new model, aimed at SMEs, covering issues they face in innovation, digitization, and managing change. Our core offerings are: Business Strategy Business Transformation Business Integration Change Management & Enablement Talent Development & Enablement • Executive Coaching: Aimed at companies who want to move to a different level, want to unlock their true potential, and are committed to change and learning. We leverage a franchise we have with a well-established brand from the UK/Europe and their methods, collateral, and intellectual property.
