ZEBASOLAR has today a total of $400 million in approved Solar PV Farm projects in Italy and in India, the company’s AIM is to become a leading developer and operator of Solar farms in Italy, India and the US through its allocations as well as joint venture companies. ZEBASOLAR INC operates through a holding company structure based in New Jersey USA, with regional companies in India and Europe. ZebaSolar Pvt Limited, a Indian Private limited company, Incorporated in 2008, has been allocated a 10MW PV solar farm in the State of Gujarat, as well as 100MW in the State of Chattisgarh. ZebaSolar Europe is currently in the process of acquiring 132MW worth of PV Solar Farm construction rights in Italy, in the Brindisi and Puglia region Zebasolar USA, operates as the management team, bringing worldclass execution experience to the company,ZEBASOLAR is also in talks with national integrators in the US to acquire their pipeline of projects totaling over 50MW with public utilities in the State of New Jersey.
