We work with organisations to help them understand their people, the systems in which they work, the processes that they will need to embrace change and identify how change will impact on them. By using a suite of tools and approaches, we involve management and staff in the end to end change process - from design, communications, implementation and embedding processes. Our experience shows that if people understand why the change needs to occur and have an opportunity to share their experience and ideas, they will more readily accept that change. If organisations fail to bring their people with them on the change journey, they are inevitably doomed to resistance and antagonism, delays, cost overruns and unnecessary angst. We provide advice and strategic design to enable businesses and organisations to- identify the drivers and need for change - shape and create systems to embed culture to support the future - engage people and bring them along on the journey - create and implement useful and accessible business artefacts - including roadmaps, training, policies, processes and new ways of working plans. We use a variety of techniques derived from organisational development, social anthropology and behavioural psychology to design, test, embed and support organisation through change initiatives.
