Zellwood Limited is a privately owned Irish logistics company providing customers across the island of Ireland with bespoke transport and logistics services. The company was formed 20 years ago and has grown to become one of the leading retail, temperature controlled distribution solutions provider in Ireland The transport industry is constantly evolving and our primary objective is always to work in partnership with our customers, to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and provide a proactive service which creates value both for our customers and for us. Typically Zellwood works with a small number of “Blue Chip Customers” and focuses all its efforts and resources into providing a highly professional, totally reliable and flexible service to these customers. At the present time Zellwood has contracts with Natures Best, Stobart Ireland and Gist (through whom all of the M&S business in Ireland is done) and these account for approx. 100% of total turnover The team has, collectively, over 70 years experience in retail buying, transport and logistics, Key Account Management, Supply Chain Design and Management, Fleet and Warehouse Management, National Sales and General Management. This flat management structure means that informed decisions can be taken quickly. This in turn leads to an efficient operation with the flexibility and agility to meet our customer’s needs and expectations. What We Do: Zellwood both designs and implements it logistics solutions, managing the flow of goods from their source to the store shelf, while meeting the strategic goals of our customers and delivering real competitive advantage. We understand that positioning resources and reducing inventory is part of this but, more importantly, that it’s about managing channels to market, creating superior service propositions and having the ability to respond to changing market conditions.
