Headquartered in the U.S, we operate through two independent legal entities: Zemuria Inc.(Delaware, USA) – our global brand holder, HQ, and investment arm. Zemuria India – our operational hub where product, engineering, and execution happen via Mercemur Technologies Private Limited. While these entities are legally distinct, they collaborate under one brand, one team, and one mission: to launch, fund, and scale the next generation of technology startups.
