Zen Coach refers or guides you through her silence and presence to find the same place within yourself."Practicing Zen" in a coaching session enables the client to become conscious and "train" awareness of their free, spacious being, their higher state of consciousness, our essence, which we are used to covering with clouds of thoughts, ideas and criticism. Zen Coaching covers Western psychological therapies as well as ancient meditative self-observation techniques and teachings from the East. It provides a comprehensive coverage of worldly, everyday, psychological concerns as well as mental development issues. Finally, the most important thing isn't the method itself, but the result and the goal to be pursued - be it a better feeling, peace, joy, better relationship, or spiritual maturation and self-discovery.
