Our vision: Regeneration | Activity | Dietetics | Care | Harmony | Style Zen Concept was created out of passion and tenderness towards the human body. It is a visionary, unique, holistic idea of caring for the body as a conscious, multidimensional process. For the sake of broadly understood health, we want to promote knowledge about the importance of natural methods of health prophylaxis and treatment. Conscious work with the body and emotions, proper regeneration, as well as a healthy diet and lifestyle compliant with the laws of nature. We provide support in maintaining balance, fitness and health. Understood not only as the absence of disease but as physical, mental and social well-being. The philosophy of Zen Concept's activities is based on a complementary vision of conscious work with three correlated areas of health: physical, mental and spiritual. We owe the effectiveness of our work methods to a holistic vision of a human being and an individual approach to each client. The uniqueness of our idea is based on the combination of specialist knowledge about the human body: anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, physical activity and psychology with healing therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine and relaxing, regenerating treatments of the Orient.
