Zen Laundry Coaching

I help individuals sort through their laundry and bring balance and Zen living to the forefront. I specialize in trauma informed coaching, specific to disease and chronic illness. My goal is to assist you in achieving a heightened sense of self/self awareness and spiritual actualization. I also support coaching in corporate environments, assisting leaders find a more centered Zen approach working with their teams, creating psychologically safe working environments, and shifting from old managerial paradigms into coaching methodologies.
