Zencrane Filmes

Zencrane Filmes is a Brazilian film production company founded in by producer Cláudia da Natividade and director and screenwriter Marcos Jorge. Over the past twenty years, Zencrane has built solid relationships in the industry, working alongside companies such as Paris Filmes, Warner Bros, Paramount Pictures, Globo Filmes and Disney, among others. Zencrane´s first feature film,"Estômago"(2008), won 39 awards and became the most awarded Brazilian film in the country and abroad in 2008 and 2009, being distributed in several continents."Estômago" won the award for Best Film at Rio de Janeiro Int'l Film Festival in 2007, was also awarded at Rotterdam and was part of the official selection at the Berlinale. The production company is preparing to release the sequel to this great success in 2024, titled "Estômago 2 - O Poderoso Chef". In 2021, Zencrane underwent changes in its board of partners, with the entry of the Papaki Group, which joined Zencrane to expand the production company's market experience and investment and financial management capacity, with a view to meeting the demands of an increasingly global and diversified audiovisual market.
