Founded in 2020 by architect Benji Shin (Harvard GSD, Genslers, HED) and Jamie Jeong (Caltech PhD, Samsung AI), Zenerate utilizes generative design and advanced data analytics to automate and optimize many of the inefficient processes of real estate development.
