Having been unable to find holistic wellbeing classes in my local community (South Bucks) that could counter the stress I felt in mind and body during my Marketing career, I decided to create what I felt was missing. I retrained to become a Level 3 Pilates instructor and set up ZenergyActive to offer wellbeing classes that go beyond just movement. In each class we use scientifically proven breathing techniques to ground ourselves, mindful movement to release stress spots while activating our deepest muscles to feel lengthened, strengthened and more flexible. Plus, we work with each of our senses in turn to further restore energy and calm. As well as working with individual clients and small groups, I also work with businesses to offer a unique fusion of Energising and Zen-like relaxation to their teams. These in-house programmes also include the option for workshops and lunch and learn sessions where I share the latest thinking in wellbeing tips and trends.
