Born in Japan and raised literally around the world, Rick Wyatt, President of Zenith Homes, developed an early and lasting appreciation for architecture and elegant design. From an early age, Rick was intrigued not only with the outward appearance of beautiful structures but also with the process of how these structures came to be. Rick selected North Carolina State University to pursue studies related to his keen interest in the building process and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. After working in commercial construction for five years, Rick moved into residential construction, where he discovered his true passion. Acting on this passion, Zenith Homes was founded in 1997, with the philosophy that each home built would be treated as a unique creation, custom-designed to fit the lifestyle and specific needs of its owner. Zenith homeowners have consistently and proudly testified that this philosophy was the basis for the building of their homes.
