OrbitCDP is pioneering the future of decentralized finance on the Stellar network, supported by the Stellar Community Fund. We are currently developing a versatile platform built on top of Blend, a key liquidity protocol essential for our infrastructure. This system enhances lending and borrowing functionalities, powered by Stellar's unique smart contract platform, Soroban. Our platform will enable users to effectively manage collateralized debt positions (CDPs) with enhanced flexibility and minimized risk. We are incorporating advanced tools such as decentralized oracles and our novel pegkeeper module to ensure the stability of funds even in volatile market conditions. As part of our growth strategy, we plan to introduce a governance token, allowing protocol management through a DAO to empower community involvement in OrbitCDP's development. Initially, we will launch oUSD, a stablecoin tied to the USD, backed by an overcollateralized XLM/oUSD lending pool. Looking ahead, we aim to support multiple currencies, increasing our platform's versatility. Our integration with Soroswap and other AMMs on Stellar using oUSD/USDC pools will utilize our unique pegkeeper to maintain currency stability and foster wider adoption. We are preparing to engage with venture capital in the near future to expand our capabilities further and continue setting new standards in the blockchain technology space.
