Zenith Technical Resource Initiative

Zenith Technical Resource Initiative (Zenith TRI) is a registered local technical assistance firm evolved from the team working as John Snow Inc.(JSI) Research & Training Institute in Myanmar, the lead technical agency supporting MOHS supply chain improvement and RMNCAH development projects for seven years (2013 – 2019). The firm comprises a network of experienced health and development professionals who embody a variety of backgrounds and skills in supply chain management, SRHR, research study, capacity building, project management and monitoring and evaluation. Zenith professionals are well equipped to work across a range of health programs, organisations and faith-based institutions; all are dedicated to improving the health of individuals and communities in Myanmar. Zenith TRI has a uniquely successful approach to supporting technical capacity of both government and non-government organisations by developing stronger organisational capacity—and thus a stronger health system. As an organisation, it has deep experience in working with varieties of implementing partners – MOHS, Alliance Myanmar, Sun Community Health, CBOs and EHOs to advance the knowledge and skills of its workforce, strengthen its processes, systems, and programs and achieve results through trusted relationships with donor agencies (UNFPA, WHO, Save the Children, UNOPS/Access to Health). All these areas of expertise plus technical knowledge of SRHR related service delivery will enable Zenith TRI as a lead organisation to implement this proposed project with success in a sustainable manner. Our team include well-experienced SRHR and Supply Chain technical experts, M&E specialists and HR & finance experts who possess uniquely successful skills to supporting sub-recipient (SR) in terms of SRHR related service delivery, demand creation, including for the most vulnerable populations, and will apply this capacity to implementing this project.
