Zenner Metering Technology (Shanghai) Ltd, established in 2011 as a China-German joint venture with a registered capital of 292 million yuan (approximately 40 million USD), became publicly listed in China on February 20, 2023, under the stock abbreviation 'Zenner Metering' and stock code 301303.
