Zephyr is an emerging venture investing and building group with collectively over 40 years of scientific and capital markets experience. We invest exclusively in deeptech categories, with a strong life sciences and regulated healthcare markets (therapeutics, devices, diagnostics) focus. Three Primary Functions 1. Venture Investing - We find and diligence companies to finance through principle investing and syndicated raises. Venture Building - We view healthcare regulated markets as a space with regulated and predictable demand curves, in need of novel solutions. We believe that investors with scientific prowess and a venture playbook can operate at the company formation stage as venture builders–taking highly interesting science to market to solve large market problems in healthcare. Consulting - We provide certain technical advisory services to select life sciences startups and hold diligence consulting partnerships with select institutional investors and family offices.
