Zeracryl AS most important goal is to ensure food safety in the global food market. The process has been proven (full scale testing) in collaboration with both manufacturers and restaurants. In 2016 HOFF SA started production by use of Zeracryl’s solutions which has given remarkable results. First restaurants started using the Zeracryl solution in 2015. The fundamental knowledge behind the technology is based on many years of research at the Norwegian Institute of Food, Agricultural and Fisheries Research (Nofima) at Ås, Norway. Zeracryl has a team of highly skilled scientists, active owners, and collaboration with a major manufacturer. Our offices are located at Ås, not far from Oslo, and in Bergen, Norway. Zeracryl AS has full access to lab facilities and expertise.
