Zero Carbon Guildford

Zero Carbon Guildford is a community-led climate action group working to help Guildford achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. We focus on empowering individuals, businesses, and organisations to take practical steps toward a sustainable, low-carbon future. Our key projects include: Community Fridge – Reducing food waste by redistributing surplus food from local supermarkets and food retailers. HEAT Project – Offering home energy advice and practical solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce household emissions. Library of Things – Promoting a circular economy by providing access to shared tools, appliances, and everyday items to reduce unnecessary consumption. River Testing – Monitoring and protecting local water quality, raising awareness of pollution, and supporting efforts to protect our natural environment.
