ZeroClamp GmbH is an established system provider of clamping technology and standardized automation solutions for the machine tool industry. All ZeroClamp GmbH products are manufactured in-house in Germany. The term "Excellence-Made in Germany" is practiced here every day. The company was founded in 2006 in a small office in Icking. After less than two decades, ZeroClamp GmbH has developed into an internationally active medium-sized company. Its success is based on a zero-point clamping system that is a technological leader and one of the best-selling systems in Germany. Based on the success of the zero-point clamping system, many other workpiece clamping products have been developed. This has resulted in a complete portfolio of high-quality clamping technology. This includes vices - manually or automatically operated - clamping rail systems, a complete range of jaws and centric clamps. Automatic, high-precision clamping of workpieces is the first level of automation for manufacturing companies. As a result, the first loading robot was developed based on the SCARA principle: The ZeroBot. An innovative loading system that is able to perform various tasks. It can load and unload raw parts, pallets, vices or even fixtures into the machine. The robot is programmed via an intuitive web interface, which is accessed using a standard end device via WIFI. To round off the portfolio, an entry-level robot system has been developed where many of the advantages of the large automation solution can be used for a small budget. Today, ZeroClamp GmbH is the only company to offer a complete portfolio of clamping technology and matching automation. The most complex machine tool loading tasks can be offered and manufactured completely in-house.
