It started with three friends and colleagues who grew tired of being employed, who wanted to fly solo but didn't want to do it alone. We decided that we should start a company together, a company where our personal freedom and preferences were priority 1. We thought about what we want out of our lives, both professional and private. We came to the conclusion that it really is all about relationships and that we want them to be close and honest. We decided to call our company Zero Distance, it made a lot of sense to us in a lot of ways! Zero Distance is the distance we wanted between us, with our customers and between heart and mind and action. Pretty soon we started talking about if we should grow our company and how. We decided that we don't really want to grow our company and get stuck in all of the boring stuff that larger companies have to deal with - instead we wanted to grow our company like a network, a network of people in the same situation as us. Self employed professionals that want colleagues, support and inspiration and are willing to provide it as well as receive it. This is that network!
