Since we do the repairs and the paper work on site art each institution, we can personally provide Sops, better availability of pipettes, improved control over cross contamination and allow our clients to oversee how the calibrations are carried out and customize for their institution. Our pipette technical representatives have an average of 5-10 years experience in cleaning, repair, calibration and documentation of all the major brands of pipettes, and their training is updated on an annual basis. All of our balances, thermometers, barometers, hygrometers and secondary weights are calibrated and certified with NIST traceability standards. The entire historical data on any pipette serviced by Zero Sigma is available to its clients for easy retrieval on any convenient medium. We have also developed our own software that enables us to efficiently obtain measurements directly from our balances and format the results into customized reports.
