Zeta Movement

ZETA Movement is an association created by young people for young people, which aims to break the cycle of stigma and silence related to mental health issues in Switzerland. It was created in 2019 with the support of Global Changemakers. We organize visits at schools and youth organisations and ambassadors, young adults recovering from mental struggles, tell their story to destigmatize mental health. The visits are free of charge and done in all parts of Switzerland. As of November 2022, we have done around 100 visits in 8 cantons and all language regions.
