We provide the time necessary to ensure a successful project while being sensitive to our client’s cost parameters. ZHCx strives to fill the gaps often experienced between the owner’s project requirements, the designer’s intent and the contractor’s scope of work. Our services do not end with substantial completion or the one year warranty period. By offering our comprehensive systems manuals for every project and personnel training, ZHCx provides the tools necessary to ensure building systems continue to operate effectively and efficiently long after the construction dust settles.
