Zlatko Haban runs creative studio devoted to develop designs to the next level of appreciation. We helped experiential and marketing agencies, design studios, architectural practices and private incentives to push their ideas forward. We have three main products on offer based on the stage of design - Concept design to kick off with a creative process and reflect the brief in the context of design and its physicality - Design development to take concept closer to reality using architectural interpretation - Detailed design to brief production in form of the design package for optimisation, costing and production Zlatko worked with marketing agencies as a design director, bridging a gap between creative teams and production. His help is essential to inform design, optimise innovative proposals, shortening the period of R&D time and saving money. Nevertheless, he enabled creatives to stay in control of proposal and production to have a clear vision for the project. Depending on the nature of the project, we can tailor our design for bespoke solutions. We also do planning applications, space planning, form finding and visualisation We work with the most special software to produce CAD drawings. We help with 3d Design tools to explain complex problems, and we work on sketches in meetings to understand and speed up the process. We also do visualisation in real-time for advanced projects. We have worked in the architecture of private houses, hospitality, retail and banking projects. We have also worked with marketing agencies developing global programs for brands in automotive and tech companies delivering experiential spaces and visitor centres.
