ZimCode Trust provides expertise on a range of Corporate Governance issues and has illustrated a keen interest in the furtherance of good Corporate Governance in Zimbabwe through pioneering the drafting of Zimbabwe’s first-ever Code on Corporate Governance. We seek to ensure that all Zimbabweans be guided by sound principles of good corporate governance and ethical leadership. Since its founding in 2017, ZimCode Trust has become recognized as an effective provider of support to the field of corporate governance, unifying some of the giant institutions such as Institute of Directors Zimbabwe, Quality Corporate Governance Centre and the Standards Associations of Zimbabwe to come and work together. In this regard, the National Code on Corporate Governance was made an Annexure of the Public Entities Corporate Governance Act in 2018.
