Zinger Automation stems from Zinger Systems which has for over 13 years been producing software solutions for the African and European market. After meeting ProLeiT, a Schneider electric company and one of the leading software manufacturers of PLC-based process control systems, Zinger trained at the ProLeiT HQ in Herzogenaurach Germany and became a key Systems Integrator with the goal of delivering high-quality German engineering to solve the needs of the African market. WHAT WE DO? Process control systems We use ProLeiT’s systems such as PlantIT and Brewmaxx which are well reputed in the Process Control ecosystem. These systems have the advantage of parameterization over programming thus speeding up the delivery times for customer projects. Manufacturing execution systems Optimization of the production process is very critical especially to gain visibility and improve quality at a lower cost. This is the reason why the management, guidance, monitoring and control of production in real-time is fundamental. ProLeiT’s PlantIT suite comes with an MES system inside as an option and is easily customizable to meet the needs of its customers.
