Hello, and welcome to ZKCtranslations. I'm Zoë, a professional freelance translator, and I offer translation services from Italian and Spanish into English. Aside from translation, I can also help you with Editing, Proofreading and Transcribing services. I have had a passion for languages and foreign cultures for as long as I can remember, and after finishing my A-Levels, I went to read Modern Languages at the University of Leicester, England. Before graduating, I participated in the ERASMUS Mundus program, which gave me the opportunity to study abroad for an academic year at the University of Salamanca, Spain and the University of Pavia, Italy. I graduated in 2013, and in the autumn of 2014 I was accepted onto the Masters programme in Translation and Professional Language Skills at the University of Bath, England. Upon finishing my Masters degree, I completed a 3 month internship at Wolfestone Translation Ltd. based in Swansea, Wales. This experience helped me come into contact with the world of translation, and form part of a diverse team in an exciting environment. During the internship, I completed many different translations for their world-renowned clients including TripAdvisor. Aside from translations, I also worked as their in-house editor and also learnt how to complete subtitles and transcribe.
