ZMB Consulting & Behavior Management, Inc.(ZMB) was founded in 2004 by Zoee Bartholomew. ZMB is a private corporation that offers services to individuals and organizations that are seeking strategies for behavior management. ZMB provides professional and result-driven techniques to every client and specializes in developing strategies and individual development programs for people with severe-behavior disorders. ZMB has worked with California regional centers, school districts, adult day care centers, group homes, and home programs for developing positive behavior management systems to help individuals with or without disabilities to become valuable citizens in their communities. We have designed programs concentrated on teaching adaptive skills to clients seeking to be or become more independent. ZMB created an Integrated Adaptive Skills Program (IASP) which is featured in the Library of Congress. IASP Model received an award from Kids Included Together (KIT) for the integration of individuals with Autism into a local after school program. ZMB continues to develop programs and offer services to agencies and organizations in need of behavioral support.
