Zno Solar

We have a patented ZnO semiconductor to make solar cost-competitive with existing grid power solutions. Our base materials cost is far below that of any competing materials. And ZnO is widely abundant in nature. Our thin film at 1 micron is less material than the 1 millimeter of silicon required for traditional PV applications. Our process uses no exotic or rare earth materials, and can be laid down in a roll-to-roll process. We have built the world's first zinc oxide solar semiconductor. We have 6 patents published on our technology to date and are looking forward to strategic partner and client engagement in 2014.
