We are the Znuny ticket system experts. Development and maintenance of the help desk application is our domain, besides support, consulting, training, development, and hosting. Martin Edenhofer, the initiator of the OTRS.org project, founded Znuny in 2012 with the vision of being an independent and thriving service provider. In December 2020, we forked the project under the new name Znuny to keep the application open-source, free, and available for everyone. Living the idea of open source drives us to continue and supersede the 20-plus-year-old open-source ticket system by adding new features and growing the community. We have experience since 2001, when everything started, and also contributed to the code base of the original open-source application. Imprint:
