Zo-Dichtbij Mso

Zo-Dichtbij is a spinoff project, embedded in a social enterprise called Zo-Dichtbij MSO (Medisch Sociale Innovatie), which expands the ideas developed in the AAL Care@Home project to support people age-in-place. Instead of moving out to an institution this health and wellbeing platform can help older citizens to age-in-place in a smart way. Zo-Dichtbij is intended as a solution to the supply and demand mismatch between potential end-users and smart living products and services. Ultimately contributing to independent and autonomous living and active & healthy aging. Acting as a brokering platform, older adults and their informal caretakers can search for the products and services they require without experiencing the confusing information overload of a fragmented marketplace. Next to that it improves information exchange and interaction about smart living between end-users, service-providers, and government. Zo-Dichtbij is now at the minimal viable product phase and the platform solution is ready to be valorized in the Netherlands.
